Our Calm tea is a relaxing blend of Chamomile and Lavender flowers. Both herbs, traditionally used by herbalists, to help calm the mind and relax the body.

Chamomile Flowers

(Matricaria recutita) or German Chamomile

Chamomile flowers make a delightfully calming tea that is good for relieving stress and nervousness. Chamomile tea promotes sleep and is also a digestive aid.

 Lavender Flowers

Lavandula angustifolia

Lavender has a wonderful relaxing and calming effect, along with adding flavor.  Lavender is also a mild antidepressant, helpful in dispelling melancholy.


Get the most out of your herbal tea

  • Use one tea bag per 6 to 8 ounces of water

  • Bring water to a full boil

  • Place tea bag in cup and pour boiling water over the bag

  • Steep for 7 – 10 minutes, depending on straight and flavor desired

  • For stronger tea, use two tea bags

  • Please note, Chamomile contains bitters, the longer it steeps, the stronger the bitter

Very good, an unusual jam. All of the jams that I have tried have been very good. Nice to find a company that makes a few unusual jams as well as the more common ones.
